Rachel Chapman

Rachel Chapman is a Vice President and Georgia State Manager for Stewart Title and is also theGeorgia Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. A graduate of the University of NewMexico, Rachel began her career in the title insurance industry in Albuquerque with FirstAmerican Title in its direct operations and later transferred into Agency operations in Atlanta,GA. In 2001, Rachel introduced Old Republic Exchange Company to the Southeastern Region,serving as Vice President & Regional Manager while simultaneously serving in an AgencyManager role for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Rachel returned to FirstAmerican Title in 2008 in a continued dual division capacity as Vice President & 1031 Exchange/Title Insurance Agency Manager until 2020 when she joined the FNF Family of Companies tointroduce National Title Insurance of New York to the Georgia market as its Vice President &Georgia State Manager.An active member of the Georgia real estate community, Rachel is a 2012 graduate of theAtlanta Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women’s, Leadership CREW program. She was therecipient of the esteemed First American DPK Circle of Excellence award in 2018 and 2019 andwas nominated into the Fifth Cohort of FNF’s Women Inspire Leadership Program.Rachel is a requested lecturer and panelist on the topic of 1031 tax deferred exchangesaddressing organizations including: The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the RealEstate Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association. Rachel has also authored1031 exchange related articles and has been interviewed for publications including SoutheastReal Estate Business’s “Georgia Commercial Properties” magazine and the Atlanta BusinessChronicle.
